Dickson v Commissioner of the Australian Federal Police

DICKSON
v.
COMMISSIONER OF THE AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE
[2018] HCASL 220
S146/2018
This application for special leave to appeal requires an extension of time. An extension of time would be futile because the application for special leave to appeal does not disclose any reason to doubt the correctness of the decision of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Accordingly, an appeal would not have sufficient prospects of success to justify a grant of special leave to appeal. The application for special leave should be dismissed.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
