DGH appeared in person.
GUMMOW J: Thank you. Do you wish to add anything to your written submissions?
DGH: Yes, I do, your Honour. I want to add that the aspect of children that I – that I found that no authority has worried about the abuse and it has been documented. I faxed some materials to you yesterday which I am also relying on and I just reckon that – myself that because no authority has cared and I did not do nothing wrong with my children and that the Parliament took my children and it is documented, that I do believe that they are stolen.
Like, there is a case going through the Aboriginals – doing it now through the High Court. I do believe in that and I do not believe it should be dismissed or anything else. I do believe it should continue to get to the full bottom of why they ran a case on a care and protection order when there was none, and even the Magistrates Court for the children stated there was none and yet the Family Law Court stated there was and the other side stated there was, and that is all I can try and stretch my voice at because I am having a problem in talking.
GUMMOW J: Yes, very well. Thank you, madam. Sit down, if you would.
In this matter we have had regard to the written submissions by both sides and what has been said to us this morning by the applicant. Having regard to all of those matters, we are satisfied that no reason has been shown to doubt the correctness of the decision of the Full Court of the Family Court in question. Accordingly, special leave to appeal is refused with costs.
AT 11.12 AM THE MATTER WAS CONCLUDED
