Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Development (Water Industry) Variation Regulations 2012.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on 1 January 2013.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

4—Variation of regulation 118—Assessment of requirements on division of land—water and sewerage

Regulation 118—before subregulation (1) insert:

(a1)For the purposes of section 33(1)(c)(iv) and (1)(d)(vii) of the Act, the South Australian Water Corporation (being a water industry entity under the Water Industry Act 2012) is identified.

Note—

As required by section 10AA(2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1978, the Minister has certified that, in the Minister's opinion, it is necessary or appropriate that these regulations come into operation as set out in these regulations.
