Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Development (Panels) (Transitional Provisions) Revocation Regulations 2016.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation 4 months after the day on which they are made.

The Development (Panels) (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2006 are revoked.
