Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Development (Open Space Contribution Scheme) Variation Regulations 2009.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on 1 July 2009.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Part 2—Variation of Development Regulations 2008

4—Variation of regulation 56—Open space contribution scheme

1. Regulation 56(2)(a)—delete "$4 493" and substitute:

   $5 430

2. Regulation 56(2)(b)—delete "$3 427" and substitute:

   $4 380

3. Regulation 56(2)(c)—delete "$2 489" and substitute:

   $2 594
