Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Development (Affordable Housing) Variation Regulations 2009.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Schedule 8, clause 2—after item 22 insert:

23—Affordable housing
Development that purports to be for the purposes of the provision of affordable housing (applying the criteria determined under regulation 4 of the South Australian Housing Trust (General) Regulations 1995)				Minister for the time being administering the Housing and Urban Development (Administrative Arrangements) Act 1995	3 weeks	Regard
