Determination Under Section 16 in Relation to Grants for Expenditure for Limited Operating Purposes (Base Operating (excluding HECS))

I, ROD MANNS, delegate of the Minister for Education, Science and Training, under section 16 of the Higher Education Funding Act 1988, determine the amounts set out in Column 4, to be the amounts of financial assistance for limited operating purposes for each of the institutions listed in column 1, in respect of 2004, with effect from the day after this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments in accordance with the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.
