Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 11 ————— DETERMINATION Motor Vehicles Safety Act 1980 (Alteration and modification of specified motor vehicles) 1 July 1991 NOTICE is given that, under section 31B of the Motor Vehicles Safety Act1980 , I have determined that, on and from 1 July 1991, each motor vehicle registered under the TransportInfrastructure(Roads)Act1991 or under corresponding legislation of any other State or Territory, is a motor vehicle to which Part IVA of the Motor Vehicles Safety Act 1980 applies.
