DETERMINATION OF RATE PER KILOMETRE
I, ALAN GRIFFIN, Minister for Veterans’ Affairs:
(a) revoke MRCA Instrument No. 5 of 2004 made on 1 June 2004 by the then Minister for Veterans’ Affairs, Danna Vale; and
(b) determine that the rate per kilometre for the purposes of section 293 of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004 is 60 cents.
This Determination is taken to have commenced on 1 October 2008.
