DETERMINATION OF CHARGE RATE UNDER SUBSECTION 10(2)
FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2003-04
I, JOHN DUNCAN ANDERSON, Minister for Transport and Regional Services, under subsection 10(2) of the Australian Land Transport Development Act 1988, determine that the charge rate for the financial year 2003-04 is 2.8952155605 cents per litre.
This determination comes into force on 1 July 2003.
