Determination

under the

Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016

The Scientific Committee established under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 has made a determination under Division 4 of Part 4 of that Act to make a provisional listing as a critically endangered species on an emergency basis and, accordingly, Schedule 1 to that Act is amended by inserting the following in Division 2 of Part 1 under the heading “Myrtaceae”:

Lenwebbia sp. Main Range (P.R.Sharpe+ 4877)

This determination commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
