An Act to alter the law relating to the procedure under
The Designs and Trade Marks Act, 1884,' and An
Act to regulate grants of Patents for Inventions in
the Colony of Western Australia.'

1. There shall be provided for the purposes of The Designs and stout Office,

Patent Office—Registrar of Patents, Designs, and Trade Marks
Trade Marks Act, 1884,' and the Act intituled An Act to regulate grants of Patents for Inventions in the Colony of Western Australia,' • an Office with all requisite conveniences, which shall be called the Patent Office.
