An Act to alter the law relating to the procedure under

The Designs and Trade Marks Act, 1884,' and An

Act to regulate grants of Patents for Inventions in

the Colony of Western Australia.'

BE it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia

and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of

2. The Patent Office shall be under the immediate control of an

1 and wherever they may occur in either of the aforesaid Acts, or in any
