REGULATION UNDER THE DESIGNS ACT 1906-1934.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Designs Act 1906-1934.

Amendment of the Designs Regulations 1906.

Regulation 7 of the Designs Regulations 1906 is repealed and the following regulation inserted in its stead:——

Hours of business.

“7. Except in the case of holidays observed under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1922-1945, the Designs Office shall be open tothe public on week days (other than Saturdays) from ten o’clock in the morning to four o’clock in the afternoon.”
