Designs Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Designs Act 1906.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1984.

Transitional

2. Regulation 63 of the Designs Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (3) “$70” and substituting “$80”.

Schedule 2

3. Schedule 2 to the Designs Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from Column 3 in Items 1 and 6 “40” and substituting “60”;

(b) by omitting from Column 3 in Item 2 “45” and substituting “50”;

(c) by omitting from Column 3 in Items 3, 4 and 14 “20” and substituting “30”;

(d) by omitting from Column 3 in Item 4 “45” and substituting “60”;

(e) by omitting from Column 3 in Item 4 “70” and substituting “80”;

(f) by omitting from Column 3 in Item 7 “40” and substituting “45”;

(g) by omitting from Column 3 in Items 8, 9 and 11 “10” and substituting “30”;

(h) by omitting from Column 2 in Item 9 “registrated” and substituting “registered”;

(i) by omitting from Column 3 in Item 10 “15” and substituting “30”;

(k) by omitting from Column 3 in Item 15 “3” and substituting “10”; and

(l) by omitting from Column 3 in Item 16 “20”and substituting “25”.
