Designs Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Designs Act 1906.

Commencement

• 1.

  These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1986.

Transitional

2. Regulation 63 of the Designs Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (3) “$80” and substituting “$90”.

Schedule 2

3. Schedule 2 to the Designs Regulations is repealed and the following Schedule substituted;
