A n Act to extend the power of correcting designs or plans of Towns and Villages and the limits of Suburban Lands. [21th

November, 1881.]

WH E R E A S it is enacted by the twenty-second section of the Ac t s further Amendmen t A c t 1880 " that it shall be lawful	for the Governor to correct or alter the design or plan of any town or
village and the limits of any suburban lands attached thereto in any case where the site of such town or village has been notified under the
" Crown Lands Alienation A c t of 1 8 6 1 " or shall be notified under the
said first-cited A c t A n d it is expedient to extend the provisions of the said section to designs and plans of towns villages and suburban lands the sites or plans whereof had been approved prior to the passing of the said " C r o w n Lands Alienat ion A c t o f 1 8 6 1 " Bo it therefore enacted b y the Queen's Mos t Excel lent Majesty b y and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Counci l and Legislative Assembly of
N e w South Wales in Parliament assembled and b y the authority of
the same as follows :—
1. The power to correct or alter designs or plans of towns and villages and all provisions incident to the exercise thereof contained in the twenty-second section o f the " Lands Ac t s further Amendment A c t
1880" shall be exercisable and be applied in respect to the designs and
plans of towns villages and the limits of suburban lands whereof the sites or plans were approved prior to the passing o f the " Crown Lands Alienation A c t o f 1 8 6 1 " as well as to the towns villages and lands referred to in the said section Provided no portion of such town or village has been alienated.
