DESERT KNOWLEDGE AUSTRALIA REGULATIONS 2004

Regulations under the Desert Knowledge Australia Act 2003

1Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Desert Knowledge Australia Regulations 2004.

2Use of common seal

The common seal of Desert Knowledge Australia must not be affixed to a document except in the presence of:

• (a)

  2 members of the Board; or

• (b)

  a member of the Board and the chief executive,

who must attest that fact and the date of the affixing of the seal by their signatures.
