I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Departure Tax Collection Act 1978.

Refunds of tax

Regulation 6 of the Departure Tax Collection Regulations is amended by inserting in paragraph (2) (b) “, a photocopy or photograph of that stamp or other evidence sufficient to prove his or her entitlement to the refund sought in that application” after “paid”.
