4 Department of Transport (Variation of Fees) No. 166, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Department of Transport (Variation of Fees) Regulation 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1993. ˙ Amended regulations 3. Subject to sections 6 and 7, the boating facilities fee is— (a) if the vessel’s length does not exceed 10 m—$6.40 for each metre, or part of a metre, of the vessel’s length; or (b) if the vessel’s length exceeds 10 m but not 35 m—$64.00 plus $10.60 for each metre, or part of a metre, by which the vessel’s length exceeds 10 m; or (c) if the vessel’s length exceeds 35 m—$328.30. ’. 2.
