This regulation may be cited as the Department of Justice (Variation of Fees) Regulation 1997 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 September 1997. PART 2—AMENDMENT OF APPEAL COSTS FUND REGULATION 1974 ˙ Regulation amended in pt 2 3. This part amends the Appeal Costs Fund Regulation 1974 . ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Additional fees on documents) 4.(1) Section 3(1)(a), ‘$15.25’— omit, insert— ‘$15.50’. (2) Section 3(1)(b), ‘$11.50’— omit, insert— ‘$11.70’.
