This regulation may be cited as the Department of Health (Variation of Fees) Regulation (No. 2) 1991 . Name of provision units 2.(1) This section applies to — (a) the Analysis Fees Regulations, 1981 ; and (b) the Nursing Homes Regulations, 1982 ; and (c) the Pest Control Operators Regulations 1977 ; and (d) the Poisons (Fumigation) Regulations, 1973 ; and (e) the Private Hospitals Regulations 1978 . (2) A provision of the regulations mentioned in subsection (1) that was, immediately before the commencement of this section, called a regulation may be called a section. (3) A provision of the regulations mentioned in subsection (1) that was, immediately before the commencement of this section, called a subregulation may be called a subsection.

4 Department of Health (Variation of Fees) Regulation (No. 2) 1991 (4) A reference in the regulations mentioned in subsection (1) to a regulation or subregulation of the regulations designated by a number is a reference to a section or subsection of the regulations in which the reference appears, designated by that number. References to a provision of the Act 3. If there is a reference in the regulations mentioned in section 2(1) to a provision of the Health Act 1937 and the words ‘of the Act’, or words of similar effect, do not appear at the end of the reference, the regulations in which the reference appears are amended by inserting the words ‘of the Act’ at the end of the reference. PART 2—AMENDMENT OF ANALYSIS FEES REGULATIONS, 1981 Amended regulations 4. The Analysis Fees Regulations, 1981 are amended as set out in this Part. Replacement of s.1 5.
