2 Department of Health (Variation of Fees) Regulation 1991 PART 1—PRELIMINARY Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Department of Health (Variation of Fees) Regulation 1991 . Name of provision units 2.(1) A provision of — (a) the Cremation Regulations 1987 ; or (b) the Food Standards (Adoption of Food Standards Code and General) Regulations 1987 ; or (c) the Radioactive Substances Regulations, 1961; that was, immediately before the commencement of this section, called a regulation may be called a section. (2) A provision of — (a) the Cremation Regulations 1987; or (b) the Food Standards (Adoption of Food Standards Code and General) Regulations 1987 ; or (c) the Radioactive Substances Regulations, 1961 ; that was, immediately before the commencement of this section, called a subregulation may be called a subsection. (3) A reference in — (a) the Cremations Regulations 1987; or (b) the Food Standards (Adoption of Food Standards Code and General) Regulations 1987; or (c) the Radioactive Substances Regulations, 1961;

3 Department of Health (Variation of Fees) Regulation 1991 to a regulation or subregulation of the regulations designated by a number is a reference to a section or subsection of the regulations designated by that number. References to a provision of the Act 3. (1) If there is a reference in the Cremation Regulations 1987 to a provision of the Cremation Act 1913 and the words ‘of the Act’, or words of similar effect, do not appear at the end of the reference, the Cremation Regulations 1987 are amended by inserting the words ‘ of the Act ’ at the end of the reference. (2) If there is a reference in the Food Standards (Adoption of Food Standards Code and General) Regulations 1987 to a provision of the FoodAct 1981 and the words ‘of the Act’, or words of similar effect, do not appear at the end of the reference, the Food Standards (Adoption of Food Standards Code and General) Regulations 1987 are amended by inserting the words ‘ of the Act ’ at the end of the reference. (3) If there is a reference in the Radioactive Substances Regulations, 1961 to a provision of the Radioactive Substances Act 1958 and the words ‘of the Act’, or words of similar effect, do not appear at the end of the reference, the Radioactive Substances Regulations, 1961 are amended by inserting the words ‘ of the Act ’ at the end of the reference. PART 2—AMENDMENT OF CREMATION REGULATIONS 1987 Amended regulations 4. The Cremation Regulations 1987 are amended as set out in this Part.

This regulation may be cited as the Cremation Regulation 1987. ’. Amendment of s.6 (Fee for issue of Form 3) 6. Section 6— omit ‘ $40.00 ’, insert ‘ $41 ’. PART 3—AMENDMENT OF FOOD STANDARDS (ADOPTION OF FOOD STANDARDS CODE AND GENERAL) REGULATIONS 1987 Amended regulations 7. The Food Standards (Adoption of Food Standards Code and General) Regulations 1987 are amended as set out in this Part. Replacement of s.1 (Title) 8. Section 1— omit, insert—

Section 6— omit ‘ $170.00 ’ , insert ‘ $176 ’. PART 4—AMENDMENT OF RADIOACTIVE SUBSTANCES REGULATIONS, 1961 Amended regulations 10. The Radioactive Substances Regulations, 1961 are amended as set out in this Part. Replacement of s.1 11. Section 1— omit, insert— ‘Short title ‘1. This regulation may be cited as the RadioactiveSubstancesRegulation 1961. ’.
