Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910.

An Ordinance to amend the Dentists Registration Ordinance 1931

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dentists Registration (Amendment)

Ordinance (No.2) 1982.1

2. Section 18 of the Dentists Registration Ordinance 1931 2 is repealed and

the following section is substituted:

Payment of prescribed fees

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

"18. Where a prescribed fee is payable under this Ordinance, the prescribed

fee shall be paid to the Capital Territory Health Commission.".
