Dentists (Qualifications) Regulations 1997
The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the
Dental Board of Victoria, makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe the Certificate in Dentistry issued by the Australian Dental Council as a recognised qualification for the purposes of registration as a dentist and to correct errors in the current list of prescribed qualifications.
2. Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 9 and
17 of the Dentists Act 1972.
3. Prescribed qualifications amended
In Schedule 4 to the Dentists Regulations 19921 for—
