Dentists (Fees) Regulations 1997

The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of The
Dental Board of Victoria, makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase the level of fees payable to The Dental Board of Victoria.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 9, 10,

25 and 28 of the Dentists Act 1972.

3. Fees increased

For regulation 601 of the Dentists Regulations

19921 substitute—

"601. Fees

The fees to be paid to the Board are—

(a) on application for

registration as a dentist $127.50
(b) for annual renewal of

Dentists (Fees) Regulations 1997

r. 3 S. R. No. 166/1997
registration as a dentist $127.50

(c) on application for

registration as a specialist

practitioner $42.00

(d) on application for

certificate of temporary

registration as a dentist $12.60
(e) for the issue of any

certificate of registration

under section 16 of the $20.30

Act

(f)
for a copy of the register $31.30
(g) for an extract from the
register $12.60
(h)
for alteration of the $12.60

register

(i)     for registration of any

additional qualification $20.30
(j) for restoration of a name
to the register $31.50
(k) for grant of a licence as a
dental auxiliary $22.80
(l) for renewal of a licence as
a dental auxiliary $22.80.".
