AN ACT to amend Section forty-four of the Dentists

Act, 1939.

[Assented to 1st November, 1947.]

BE ii enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Dentists Act Amend- Short title.

ment Act, 1947 , and shall be read as one with the Dentists Act, 1939 (Act No. 20 of 1939) hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.    Section forty-four of the principal Act is amended Amendment

by inserting after-subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (d) ofs.44.

of subsection (1) thereof a new subparagraph as fol-

lows :-

(iii) a diploma or degree in dental surgery or dental science granted by the Univei sity of Western Australia ; or
