AN ACT to enable the Dental Board to apply its surplus funds hi or towards the establishment and maintenance of a Dental School or Dental Hospital.

the same, as follows :-

Short title.

1.

This Act may be cited as the Dentists Act Amendment

Act, 1926, and shall be read as one with the Dentists Act,

1894, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

The Board may at any time and from time to time appropriate any portion or portions of its funds not required by the Board for any of the pur- poses mentioned in section seven hereof for or towards the establishment of any dental school or dental hospital within the State and the maintenance of any dental school or dental hospital which may hereafter be established within the State, and may pay the moneys so appropriated to the board of management or other controlling body of such dental school or dental hospital : Provided that no appropriation shall be made under this section unless the same is auth- orised by a resolution passed by a majority of two- thirds of all the members of the Board, at a meeting specially convened for the purpose of passing such resolution,"
