AN ACT to amend the Dentists Act, 1894.

[Assented to, 46th December, 499.]

LIE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with

the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.     THIS Act may be cited as the Dentists Act Amendment

Act, 1899, and shall be construed as one with the Dentists Act, corpo title

PARAGRAPH (d.) of section ten of the principal Act is

(2.) Every registered dentist shall, on payment of a fee of Five shillings, be - entitled to a certificate that he is registered.

EVERY registered dentist may withdraw his name from the
