DENTISTS ACT 1989—REGULATION

(Relating to Regulations made under the Dentists Act 1934)

HIS Excellency the Governor, on the recommendation of the Dental

Board and with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Dentists Act 1989, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Dentists (Savings and Transitional) Regulation 1990 is amended

by omitting from clause 3 (b) the matter “1 February 1991” and by

inserting instead the matter “31 March 1991”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to continue in force the Dentists Regulations made under the Dentists Act 1934 for an additional 2 months. At present the Dentists Regulations expire on 1 February 1991 or when a new Regulation is made under the Dentists Act 1989 on the recommendation of the Dental Board, whichever is the sooner.
