DENTISTS ACT 1989 NO. 139—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance

of section 2 of the Dentists Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 26th July 1991, as the day on which the uncommenced provisions

of that Act commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Proclamation commences section 69 of the Dentists Act 1989. That section, the last uncommenced provision of that Act, repeals the old Dentist Regulation which so far has continued in force under a transitional regulation.
