DENTAL TECHNICIANS REGISTRATION ACT 1975—

REGULATION

(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Dental Technicians Registration Act 1975, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 28 February 1992.

Amendments

2. The Dental Technicians Registration Regulation 1976 is amended:

(a)	by omitting from clause 11 (c) the matter “$70” and by inserting instead the matter “$75”;
(b)	by omitting from clause 11 (d) the matter “$57” and by inserting instead the matter “$60”;
(c)	by omitting from clause 11 (e) and (f) the matter “$6” wherever occurring and by inserting instead the matter “$10”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Dental Technicans Registration

Regulation 1976 so as to increase certain fees relating to:

(a)	the annual roll fee and annual practising fee payable by dental technicians; and
(b)	the inspection of the Register of Dental Technicians, and Index of Dental
