DENTAL TECHNICIANS REGISTRATION ACT 1975—

REGULATION

(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Dental Technicians Registration Act 1975, has

been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 28 February 1993.

Amendments

2. The Dental Technicians Registration Regulation 1976 is amended:

(a)	by omitting from clause 11 (c) the matter “$75” and by inserting instead the matter “$80”;
(b)	by omitting from clause 11 (d) the matter “$60” and by inserting instead the matter “$80”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Dental Technicians Registration Regulation 1976 to increase certain fees relating to the annual roll fee payable by dental technicians and the annual practising fee payable by dental prosthetists.
