This by-law may be cited as the Dental Technicians and Dental Prosthetists Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1998 . ˙ By-law amended 2. This by-law amends the Dental Technicians and Dental Prosthetists By-law 1992 . ˙ Insertion of new ss 7A and 7B 3. After section 7— insert — ˙ ‘ Business name approval fee ‘ 7A. An application for approval of a business name under section 35(1) of the Act must be accompanied by the prescribed fee. ˙ ‘ Examination fee ‘ 7B. A person must pay the prescribed fee before undertaking an examination mentioned in section 25(2)(b)(iii) of the Act.’. ˙ Amendment of schedule (Fees) 4.(1) Schedule, items 3 and 3A— omit, insert — ‘ 3.
