This by-law may be cited as the Dental Technicians and Dental Prosthetists Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1997 . ˙ By-law amended 2. This by-law amends the Dental Technicians and Dental Prosthetists By-law 1992 . ˙ Amendment of s 4 (Order of business) 3. Section 4(f)— omit, insert— ‘(f) financial matters;’. Amendment of s 6 (Appointment and duties of honorary treasurer) 4. Section 6(2)(b), ‘bank statement’— omit, insert — ‘statements for accounts kept by the board with a financial institution’. ˙ Amendment of schedule (Fees) 5. Schedule, item 3A(a)(i) and (b)(i), ‘98.00’— omit, insert— ‘100.00’.
