s1 2 s4 Dental Technicians and Dental Prosthetists No. 343, 1995 Amendment (No. 1) ˙ Short title 1. This by-law may be cited as the Dental Technicians and Dental Prosthetists Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Commencement 2. Section 5 commences on 1 January 1996. ˙ By-law amended 3. This by-law amends the Dental Technicians and Dental Prosthetists By-law 1992 . ˙ Amendment of s 10 (Permissible advertising matters) 4. Section 10— insert — ‘(k) for a dental technology practice—the dental technical work performed by the practice and the materials used in performing the work; (l) for a dental prosthetic practice— (i) the dental prosthetic services provided by the practice and the materials used in providing the services; and (ii) a statement that a dental prosthetist who works in the practice is an approved provider of dental prosthetic services for— (A) a health fund; or (B) the department that administers the Veterans Entitlements Act 1986 (Cwlth).’.
