Dental Regulations 2 (Amendment)

I, MICHAEL JOHN RANDAL M A C K E L L A R , the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulations under the Dentists Registration Ordinance 1931.

Repeal of regulation 4

1. Regulation 4 of the Dental Regulations is repealed.

Fee for registration

2.   Regulation 5 of the Dental Regulations is amended—

(a)	by omitting "22 ( 3 ) , " and substituting "22 (6 ) , " ; and
(b)	by omitting "23A ( 3 ) , " and substituting "23A (1 ) , " .

Repeal of regulation 6

3 . Regulation 6 of the Dental Regulations is repealed.

Permitted advertising by registered dentists

4. Regulation 7 of the Dental Regulations is amended by omitting "para

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

graph (a) of sub-section (5) of section 30" and substituting "paragraph

30 (5) ( a ) " .
