Dental Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, JAMES JOSEPH CARLTON, the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulations under the Dentists Registration Ordinance 1931.

1. After Regulation 1A of the Dental Regulations the following regulation

is inserted:
Prescribed fees

"2. The prescribed fee for the purpose of a provision of the Ordinance specified in Column 1 of the following table is the amount specified in Column 2 of that table opposite to the reference to that provision.

Repeal of regulation 5

2. Regulation 5 of the Dental Regulations is repealed.
