REGULATIONS 1963. No. 7.*

Regulations 7 and 8 of the Dental Regulations are repealed and the

following regulation inserted in their stead:-

Permitted	"7. For the purposes of paragraph (a) of sub-section (5.) of section
advertising by
registered	30 of the Dentists Registration Ordinance 1931-1963, advertising which
dentists.	IS permitted is-

(a) the publication by a registered dentist of a notice of the fact that he has commenced or resumed practice as a dentist or a notice of a change of the address at which he practises as a dentist; and

• Made under the Dentists Registration Ordinance 1931-1963 on 26th November, 1963; notified in

Dental Regulations. 871

(b) the exhibition by a registered dentist at the place or places at which he practises as a dentist of a notice or notices con- taining his name, his qualifications and any other matters approved by the Board as being matters that may be included on the notice or notices,

being a notice or notices of a kind which conforms to the accepted customs

and usages of the dental profession.".
