Dental Prosthetists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2005

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Dental Prosthetists Registration Act 1996 .26 April 2005

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Dental Prosthetists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2005 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Dental Prosthetists Registration (Fees) Regulations 2000 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 amended (Fees) Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting item 2 and substituting:

2.  Annual registration fee Section 21(1)(c) , section 37(2)(a) and section 40(1) 420
