I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Dental Practitioners Registration Act 2001 .3 October 2005

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Dental Practitioners Registration Regulations 2005 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Prescribed national bodyFor the purposes of section 20(1)(a) of the Dental Practitioners Registration Act 2001 , the Australian Dental Council (ACN 072 269 900) is prescribed.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

These regulations are administered in the Department of Health and Human Services.
