Dental Practitioners Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2009

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Dental Practitioners Registration Act 2001 .10 August 2009

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Dental Practitioners Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2009 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 1 October 2009. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Dental Practitioners Registration (Fees) Regulations 2002 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 amended (Fees) Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting items 2 , 3 and 4 and substituting the following items:

2.  Annual registration as a – sections 22(1)(c) , 37(2)(a) and 40(1)

(a) dentist 412

(b) dental therapist 118

(c) dental hygienist 118

3.  Restoration to register as a – section 40(1)

(a) dentist 118

(b) dental therapist 74

(c) dental hygienist 74

4.  Late fee for a – section 37(3)

(a) dentist 59

(b) dental therapist 30

(c) dental hygienist 30
