Dental Practitioners Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2006

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Dental Practitioners Registration Act 2001 .2 October 2006

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Dental Practitioners Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2006 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 1 November 2006. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Dental Practitioners Registration (Fees) Regulations 2002 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 amended (Fees) Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting the table and substituting:
