Dental Board Amendment Rules 2010
Made by the Dental Board of Western Australia with the approval of the
Governor in Executive Council.1. Citation
These rules are the Dental Board Amendment Rules 2010.
2. Commencement
These rules come into operation as follows —
(a) rules 1 and 2 — on the day on which these rules are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the rules — on the day after that day. 3. Rules amended
These rules amend the Dental Board Rules1973.
4. Rule 17A inserted
After rule 16 insert:
17A. Fees for registration under the Mutual Recognition
(Western Australia) Act 2001 or Trans-Tasman
Mutual Recognition (Western Australia) Act 2007The fees in Schedule 3 are prescribed as the fees payable in respect of the registration of a person entitled under —
(a) Mutual Recognition Act 1992 Recognition (Western Australia) Act 2001 the ; or
(b) the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition
Act 1997 (Commonwealth), as adopted by the
Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (WesternAustralia) Act 2007,
to be registered in this State as a registered person.

After the Second Schedule insert:
