Dental Board Amendment Rules 2008

Made by the Dental Board of Western Australia with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

2518 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 13 June 2008

2.            Commencement

These rules come into operation as follows:

(a)	rules I and 2 — on the day on which these rules are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the rules — on the day after that day.

3.           The rules amended

The amendments in these rules are to the Dental Board Rules 1973.
4.	Rule 23 amended Rule 23(4) is amended by inserting after -endodontics,"

oral surgery, ".

5.            Rule 36 repealed

Rule 36 is repealed.
