1Name of Rule

This Rule is the Dental Benefits Amendment Rule 2017 (No. 1).

2Commencement

This Rule will be taken to have commenced immediately after the commencement of the Dental Benefits Amendment Rule 2016 (No. 2).

3Authority

This Rule is made under the Dental Benefits Act 2008.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
