s1 2 s4 Dental Amendment (No. 1) No. 156, 1997 ˙ Short title 1. This by-law may be cited as the Dental Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1997 . ˙ By-law amended 2. This by-law amends the Dental By-law 1988 . ˙ Insertion of new s 15A 3. Part 3, after section 15— insert — ˙ ‘ Dental specialties ‘ 15A. For section 18(8) of the Act, the following are dental specialties— • dental public health • dento-maxillofacial radiology • endodontics • oral and maxillofacial surgery • oral pathology • orthodontics • pedodontics • periodontics • prosthodontics.’. ˙ Repeal 4. The by-law made under the Act as an order in council and published in the gazette on 5 August 1989 at page 2991 is repealed.
