E . , No. 38 An Act to Amend "The Dental Acts, 1902 to 1959," in certain particulars [ASSENTED TO 11TH DECEMBER, 1961] B E it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- !. (1) This Act may be cited as " The Dental Acts Short title Amendment Act of 1961." (2) " The Dental Acts, 1902 to 1959," are in this Act Principal Act referred to as the Principal Act. (3) The Principal Act and this Act may be c;ouective collectively cited as " The Dental Acts, 1902 to 1961." utle

Section twenty of the Principal Act is amended ors. 20 by omitting from subsection (5) all words occurring after the words " shall be liable to a penalty " and inserting in their stead the words " of not less than twenty pounds and not exceeding one hundred pounds and any person, company or association convicted of a contravention shall, if the contravention continues after the conviction, be guilty of a further offence and shall be liable to an additional penalty of not more than five pounds for each day during which the contravention so continues."
