An Act to Amend “The Dental Acts, 1902 to 1949/’ in certain particulars. [A ssented to 4 th D ecember , 1953.] E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, B by and with tbe advice and consent of the Legis­ lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— Short title 1. This Act may be cited as The Dental Acts caonndstruction. Amendment Act of 1953,” and shall be read as one with *“ The Dental Acts, 1902 to 1949,” herein referred to as the Principal Act. Section 12 a of the Principal Act is amended by of s. 12 a . repealing the words “ of one guinea ” and by inserting, in lieu of those repealed words, the words “ of the amount prescribed for the time being by the by-laws ”. The amount of the annual license fee to be paid by each and every dentist registered under this Act; * 2 E. 7 No. 25 and amending Acts.
