The said section eight is further amended by adding thereto the following paragraph, namely : - " A person · under the age of twenty- one years registered under this Act shall be bound by a contract of professional service as a dentist made by him or by a contract made by him in the course of or for a purpose of or related to the practice by him of his profession as a dentist.
