I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Deniliquin Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 6).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land to which Deniliquin Local Environmental Plan 2013 applies and, in particular, part of Lot 11, DP 544836, 72–96 End Street, Deniliquin.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Deniliquin Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Deniliquin Local Environmental Plan 2013

(1) Clause 1.2 Aims of Plan

Omit “Deniliquin” from clause 1.2 (1).

Insert instead “that part of Edward River local government area to which this Plan applies (in this Plan referred to as Deniliquin)”.

(2)	Schedule 5 Environmental heritage
Insert the following in appropriate order in Part 1:
Deniliquin 12 Pounder Rifled 72–96 End Street Part of Lot 11, State I36

(3)	Dictionary
Omit “Deniliquin” from the definition of Council. Insert instead “Edward River”.
